1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.3 Withdrawal Policies

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the User's own legal name and must match the name on the cow188 account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

4. Bonus Terms and Promotions

On ce a withdrawal is initiated and bonus is forfeited, any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds will be removed from the Account balance.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6. Account Suspension and Termination

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:
